To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to review our cancellation policy:

Weather Cancellations 

• You will be informed of weather-related cancellations at least 45mins before your scheduled lesson.

• With very poor weather conditions, cancellations will/can be made earlier. 

• If you do not hear from a coach regarding poor weather or court conditions assume the lesson will be going ahead. 

• Weather cancelled lessons will either be rescheduled during the current term or credited toward a future session. 

Kids After School Group Classes 

• This cancellation policy only covers lessons cancelled due to weather 

• If your child is unable to attend for other reasons, please notify coach as soon as possible.

• Make Up Lessons for non weather related cancellations will be arranged during the final two weeks of the current term, these will not be carried over, so please ensure your child attends these sessions if they have any lessons to make up. 

Private Lessons 

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will not incur any charge. 

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will incur a 50% fee of the lesson cost.

• No-shows or cancellations without prior notice will be charged the full lesson fee.
